Probably one of the best vets I been I visited everyone was 100% professional and took great care of my dog, would highly recommend!
Expensive but can't say enough good great things about how they handled my family and friends when I had the hardest appointment of my life, putting my best friend to rest. They never rushed us, ever, and were truly caring and heartfelt. Nothing makes that easy but was great support and incredible staff who clearly showed that day they're not just there for a paycheck
First I want to be clear that my pet was never treated here, so my review is not based on care provided, but on customer service/just being compassionate. Compassion goes a long way. It is a terrifying feeling thinking you are losing your pet. My rabbit was having an emergency at 3am and I called to find out if the office treats rabbit as it was the closest one to me and my vet was closed. I was coldly told no, and in the middle of me asking if they knew of another emergency vet that treats rabbits, I was hung up on. I called two other places, which did not treat rabbits, or their rabbit savvy vet was not working that night. However, they gave me numbers of another emergency vet I could try. They treated me with respect and cared that I was having an emergency and still tried to help me. The last vet I talked with personally transferred my call to a vet that ended up being able to help me and my rabbit.
Our dog has had SO MANY health issues and Vet Specs have been beyond amazing. We would recommend them to everyone! Our pup also has had behavioral issues but they were so patient and worked with her and us so that she felt comfortable. We love everybody there and our vet, Dr. Furphy is the absolute BEST.
These doctors and technicians and staff are so knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Marble was was honest and personable and compassionate. Everything you would want when your pet is ill. This place is top notch!
