They were very professional and kind. Ducky is doing well after her surgery and I felt she was very well taken care of! I am grateful they were able to accept the voucher for Friends of Pets to have her spayed at a discounted price as I live alone and would have had to pay a lot more elsewhere. The entire experience was beyond what I expected. I will certainly be spreading the word!!!
When it comes to being knowledgeable about veterinary medicine, Dr Barrios KNOWS HIS STUFF! Kelly, the Hospital Manager keeps the wheels greased and the clinic running smoothly. Then when it comes to making your pets feel comfortable and at ease during their time at EHAC, Precious is just oh so precious. The only downside to the clinic is that they got a little house cat who lives there named Marmalade. Marmalade can be a bit on the moody and temperamental side. So, if she's having a bad day, you just need to stay outa her lane!
Love the staff at East Hartford Animal Clinic, they are so kind and loving when it comes to the care of your pet. They take very good care of my Charlie and I am so grateful for such caring individuals. Keep up the great work.
The front desk is nice, they'll call the next day asking how is your pet doing. But the vets don't care about you or your pet(s). Each vet I had talked so fast that I had difficulty to understanding what was being said. And, it seems like they only care about hitting you with a high-marked bill.
Such a welcoming and friendly staff. Our pup was so well cared for. We were VERY impressed. We have already shared our great experiance with friends.
