Good if in need of clothes washed at any time, but not good on prices.
Love this place 24 hours andi see Those lady's every time working supper hard in this place making sure that the machines always supper clean , always kind and helpful me,specialy with all my questions and how much detergent to use ect,this is the only place I go do my laundry;truth this laundrymat is pretty far from me ,if not one of the farthest from my home,but is worth it: thank you to the lady's that work there you guys are so awesome and helpful always.i just hope your boss knows and values what great employes he has .
Unless you speak Spanish or have a translator do not count on ANY help whatsoever. So I've been coming here for the past few months to do my laundry. Never had a problem exept for the language barrier if there was an occasional question on something . Its supposed to be free drying . I paid 12$ to wash 2 loads. Went to load the second dryer and it wouldn't work. The 1st lady just said "no english." The second lady told me I used up all my dries. How is that possible when its "free" drying and I've also only used one machine. I explained this and just kept putting my card in the machine to show me my balance which I know is low lady. I just used it all on washing my clothes. I shouldn't need a balance at all since drying is free. She then had a customer translate and tell me I needed to pay an additional 2 dollars. Why if its free? At this point I would have but I figured I would just be wasting 2 dollars only for the dryer to still not work and her just giving me this blank stare when I tell her. Finally a customer could see my frustration and said he still had some free drying left and could use his card. In a place where most the majority of customers speak English how come none of the people who work here do. There are better places to do laundry in the area. This place is not worth the aggravation. Won't be back. This is my first ever online review. Usually I can't be bothered to do it. The customer service was really that bad!
