Great service, I found some beautiful pieces there!
I like both the quality and variety of their furniture. What I love is the sales person introduces themselves but they don't follow you around the store like a lion stalking their prey. They're easy to find and knowledgeable about they're products. They happily answer questions, but don't hassle you even then.
Terrible shopping experience! Walked in and was constantly being followed. Once I made a decision on a piece of furniture I wanted the salesman tried upselling me a different piece I didnt want. When he knew I wasnt budging he gave me attitude and was really rude to me. I will not shop here again! Manchester location same way and treats their employees horribly! And will deliver a crappy item not whats purchased and promised!
There's a female sales associate in this store that followed my husband, my son, my sister, my nephew, and myself around after we repeatedly informed the staff we were just browsing. She stared at my nephew like he was going to break merchandise or steal. All three of us adults work with well paying income, and we don't steal. Furthermore, we're capable of handling our children. No business or money from me if you're going to make me feel unwelcome in your store.
We bought two complete bedroom sets for our children. Rosa Crus was our sales associate. She listened to all of our needs, and spent plenty of time showing us multiple bedroom sets until we found what we liked.I would highly reccomend Rosa for any of your furniture furniture needs.
