I like this place. Lots of room and the sales people are helpful and not pushy. Decent quality furniture for a fair price.
The the bedroom furniture area which is what I went there for is unorganized and looks like it's been forgotten by the staff. The place is so off putting even if they had the most amazing furniture I'd have been hesitant to purchase there.

Terrible company who cares very little about the customer. They don't remove your old couch.You need to do that yourself. I was supposed to get my couch delivered between 9 to 1 and they didn't show up. No one called me to indicate a problem occurred I will never do business with Puritan Furniture again!
I prefer to go to Puritan Outlet over the other furniture outlets. I've usually been able to find a good deal for what I've been looking to purchase. Their quality hasn't disappointed me yet. I've made several purchases from them and recommend this store. Plus they've been around a lot longer than most furniture stores.
