Went in for an endoscopy last week. Dr. Golioto was kind, informative, and professional.Unfortunately, the nurse improperly inserted the mouth guard and my upper lip was pinched upward . Painful . I was wildly pointing at it. I.know she saw me. Meds kicked in and procedure was performed. Woke up with a fat, throbbing lip.By the next day it was infected.yellow puss filled blisters. When I called the office they were not helpful. I simply wanted the email addresses for the doctor and the anesthesiologist . I wanted to send them pics of the infection . I was told that patients are not privy to that information. So, here it is. Hate to do it this way, but no other choice. Sorry Docs.*The anesthesiologist was Dr. Alyssa Donnelly. I was also denied access to her email address. Yet she used my personal phone number to text me, asking to complete a survey regarding my experience with her!! My response was not positive.
