I worked with Steven and had a great experience. I was interested in an M235XI and loved the car, but did not feel it was a good replacement for my current sedan. My fianc felt it was too sporty and would not make a good everyday driver. I already have a weekend sports car and thus, we ended up not buying the car. However, we had a great experience with the dealer and Steven. When looking for my next car, I know where to go and who to speak with.
The work took 2 hours. I think the service department overbooked.Then when I got in the car after waiting for the cleaning the inside was not vacuumed nor was the dashboard wiped down......unacceptable.Again I feel this was a rushed job.I just purchased a 2018 BMW and I expect when I bring it in to be treated with respect and concern that my car will be cared for 100 percent. Managers need to oversee each operation so things run efficiently and leave the customers happy for paying for a quality product.
Great service, gave me the right recommendations to update my cars software. Turns out it just needed a navigation update. They were able to drop me off and pick me up while they performed the service. The driver was super nice and when I got my car back it was cleaned and fresh to drive out. Definitely will be heading back for all my services for my bmw.

Theres a reason people spend more money for quality service. I didnt even schedule a shuttle and there was no issue. My car was ready by lunch and they came early to pick me up. Seamless service. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the greeter was phenomenal. Wonderful service.
