I bought my first car at 18 years old. Never had a issue. I decided to try this place again today 9/21/18. I couldn't believe how rude and assuming the owner Arbi is. I called and inquired about a price on a vehicle. Before I could even inquire seemed like Arbi was in a rush and just assumed I have horrible credit which isn't the factor at all. Lets just say this location doesn't care unless your in there face and they can haggle you for money. I wasn't abul to get any correct information at all. Try another location first Vebs should be your last option.
Don't buy a car there!!! They take parts off cars then return and sell them to the public the car I purchased from Veb Auto had missing misc stereo parts inside the dash and there was wires not connected so certain lights didn't work in the dash. It looked like a hack job where the factory radio was installed. When i was there I over heard one of the sales guys saying there was a missing part in one of there cars there boss (Arby) told them to take it off another car because they had 2 off the same cars on there lot. Also there cars were bunched together bumper to bumper when I went to look at what they had on the lot that just shows you how they take care of there inventory.(should have been a warning sign) They also don't back there warranty once you buy a car from them good luck trying to get it fixed under there so called warranty...I WOULD NOT TAKE A BICYCLE FROM THEM IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME.STAY AWAY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
My entire family purchased cars from here.I highly recommend stopping here first when looking for a vehicle.Visited a lot of dealerships looking to get my car and I can honestly say that this dealership was better than any other one I visited. They had a great selection of vehicles and where very positive and friendly. Excellent customer service, the financing process was faster than I expected and they made me feel at ease with choosing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
