Awesome experience dealing with Automax CT! Ari and Paul really made us feel like not just another sale. They took the time to talk to us understand our needs. To give some background we showed up there late on a Friday night as we had a long drive from Springfield, they were close to closing but never rushed us. Ari spoke to us gave us the keys to test drive and told us to really try out the vehicle. He then took the time to explain the vehicle to us and also a little background on the dealership. If anything I was skeptic to buy a vehicle not from a big dealership chain but in listening to him speak and reading the reviews on Google and Car Gurus it was a no brainer. Over the next couple days both Ari and Paul helped us get the proper financing within our budget and we never felt pressured to take a deal. In closing up the financing and signing paper work Paul even educated me on some other financial questions pulling from his vast background in finance. Since we live in MA they brought the plates to our home and we did have A couple small issues with the vehicle which was understandable due to age but they fixed the issues with factory parts and even provided us with a loaner while our vehicle was being worked on. All this extra they did was after the deal was signed and finalized! Just goes to show they are a stand up dealership and cares about their customers before-during and after the sale. I want to thank them again we love our vehicle and we highly recommend them to everyone. Well worth the drive!
One of the Best car-buying experience i've ever had!!! I tend to purchase my vehicles every 3 years so i've dealt with a lot of different dealerships and sales people!Paul the General Manager was great! He made the process seamless and stress free! The Owner Ari was very nice and friendly! If you're in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Auto Max first!Went there to purchase an Audi A8L but ended up purchasing a Lexus convertible. I had a terrible experience with this company, they sold me a new car (2017) but with a series of hidden products that reflected for me losses of more than 1k! I do not recommend, I do not trust! The team of salesmen are trained to deceive you! In my case the saleswoman was Deyse, but I think she would be similarly deceived by any salesperson of that company! Sellers are reflection and company policy!do not buy with them!
AutoMax used car dealership in West Hartford Ct. is the Best, starting with a conversation with the owner Ari about the Vehicle my Wife and I were considering purchasing, to coming in to the Dealership on Saturday the Following Morning, we were greeted by Paul, a friendly and down to earth Sales representative ,the Vehicle was ready for a test drive when we arrived, when we returned to the dealership, Ari the Owner was there, and Greeted us, and we discussed the Vehicle, there were a few issues we had with the Vehicle, and that was not an issue in purchasing the Vehicle because all of our concerns were noted and taken care of prior to delivery of our vehicle without any haggling and of no cost to my wife and I, There was a trust factor, that was real, that you dont normally have in used car dealerships, the day I picked the vehicle up, I spent time with Paul, the Finance representative, another wonderful experience with another great AutoMax employee, and I would also like to commend the techs, who took care of our concerns prior to purchasing our vehicle, Great job by all at AutoMax, I highly recommend this dealership
Everyone at this dealership worked EXTRA hard for my wife and i! We recently lost our car,and AutoMax was the only dealership that could help us!
