BEWARE OF ROMANDA ELKY & JOHN ELKY SCAMMING IN AFFECT all in house problems being brought to the light. Employees and job security @ CT transit is worthless plus this company is corrupt and will do nothing to protect the innocent being hurt on the clock because its cheaper to get rid of the employee even if the equipment fails and hurts you!!!!

It's fine. Conveniently located, quick service, with excellent hours of operation. More than once they've saved me by being open until 6pm when I've forgotten to get a pass for the ride home. The staff is generally quick and helpful for any questions you have. Also, they have all the bus maps and will give you one if you ask.
I had an issue with my 31 day unlimited local pass and was told to go to this outlet to get it replaced. The outlet was easy to find and there was a short line that moved quickly. The person at the window was able to quickly re-issue a new working card. It is located in a beautiful section of Hartford and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and stores.
