Went there for some answers about my license not arriving in the mail. I admit I was mad going in but once you step in and see how polite they are and helpful the anger malted away. Every time I go in there I have no problems. I forgot the greeters name but she is awesome and doesn't hesitate to say hi and see if she can help. Really should have got her name smh but her and Kate were nice and gave me the info I needed.
Shared my negative experience both on their facebook page and google. Was told to email and someone would discuss my experience. It's been two months since I sent an email, and sure enough, no one has called me. I won't be renewing my membership.
This place is awesome! The staff is always friendly & helpful. I feel bad for them when they get irate customers. People need to realize, this office is NOT DMV and they are responsible for their own actions. Dont get upset with the staff because you were not paying attention.
