Rent trailers from them, and they are fantastic. Highly recommend
Terrible experience with u-haul, they give a lot of promises which they have no intention to keep. If you book a (standard size) moving truck here, do not expect to pick it up at this location or any other nearby. Be prepared to drive up to 30min for them to have a truck available, and they won't let you know until the day before.

Today I had a wonderful experience at the Hartford U-Haul. I needed a hitch they ordered it. They called today wanting to install it. KEVIN SKEETE was so accommodating. .....Assisting me in making the installation possible today. 2 Hours latter I received a call it was done. All were very friendly and customer service driven .......the workmanship was great ! I love the environment at this location. Again Kevin Skeete is an exceptional General Manager. Kudo's to you!
