This is a great public park with lots of trails, gardens, streams, and fields. It's great for taking the dog or kids on a walk.
Beautiful park in the middle of Hartford. Great place to go for a run, take a dog for a walk, take wedding photos in the rose garden, stroll through the greenhouses, listen to a free concert of Wednesdays in the summer, or grab a bite at the pond house. Clean, safe, great.
This is one of the most scenic park. Roses and other annuals we're in full bloom. We went on z weekday afternoons. This place was very peaceful. Enjoyed the visit.
Oldest rose garden in the country. Beautiful scenery in all four seasons. Tennis courts, walking, running, biking paths. Lovely restaurant with banquet room suitable for wedding receptions, and other functions. Perfect place to get married. Great place for wedding, graduation, prom, quinc photos.Summer concert series. Great place to walk your dog.
My late grandfather enjoyed spending as much time here as possible playing tennis. The courts are in great shape. The restaurant is close by where there is a clean bathroom. When the roses are in bloom, the park is breathtaking. A wonderful place to spend some time.
