Great customer service and selection
Not worth the trip. Lots of junk and over priced equipment. Their used stuff costs about the same as new stuff on sale. I ended up buy wrong product because it was miss labeled.
Horrible place. Ruined our vacation! I rented ski boots there. Picked them up after they adjusted the skis. We went on a vacation and unfortunately figured out that I could not put on the pair of boots. I went back to return the boots, they said it was not their problem. My reply to the ownersWe rented our gear on November 21st at 3:58 pm. I tried them on and they fit. We had to leave the boots there for injustment. I didnt try again after we picked them up from another place until we went to the ski resort on December 23rd. I tried hard but they didnt fit at all. We went back after the vacation on December 29th. The owner told us it was not their problem. We couldnt return. They could do us a favor to exchange.
I called up for information about selling lacrosse equipment, the person who picked up was very polite and told me what it was worth very honestly and that I can look elsewhere to sell. I really appreciated the honesty and look forward to going to the store location to get hockey and more lacrosse gear.
