I didnt purchase my Trek Lift + from Pedal Power but should have. Brett & Dean took excellent care of me when I had in-warranty battery and programming issues early on. The dealer I brought the bike from was technically challenged & failed miserably where Dean excelled. Definitely worth the drive!
Dean and Alex (and the rest of the staff) are what set Pedal Power apart from the rest of the bike shops around. When you talk with someone who shares your passion and generally wants to get you back on the road/trail, it fills you with confidence.
