I found front desk staff very nice. They are a bit short and are very busy, but my experience was fine. I can see how someone that was not prepared before hand, would be brushed off a bit. This however is not a typical "wholesale club" like Sams or BJs, it is a real wholesale supplier. They deal with professionals so be sure to have done your due diligence before getting in line. Prices are quite competitive. Selection is good. The staff is constantly on the move stocking and cleaning. Quite an operation.
This is a dirty location with rude (in general) employees. Won't shop here again. Better to go to their Orange CT or Chicopee MA locations.
