Well I My self have not got any shoes but my aunt did and let me tell you they are all very helpful and care of their customers. And they remember everyone. Great place to get shoes for your loved ones.
Great Service And Really Kindness
Age has caught up with my feet... combined with a job that requires employees to stand all day. I stumbled upon this specialty shoe store. The ladies that work there speak English, Russian and Spanish!!! My salesperson, Irina, was so very lovely...knowledgeable, sweet, patient and helpful. The selection is mind boggling... But don't go looking for Manolo Blahnik shoes... These are on the road to prescription shoes.. An added plus are the Russian Homeopathic medicines /selections of herbs, salves, etc. I had to order the correct size. They have a 2 week return policy for completely unworn shoes that don't work. They are closed Saturdays... I respect that they close from 1 to 1:30 for lunch. So civilized!
Both times I've been here the employees have stellar. Wonderful customer service and patience to my family's needs. Thank you very much, I definitely will recommend to others.
