Wonderful Italian restaurant in the south end of Hartford. Its no surprise that Carbones has done so well all these years. The ambiance is very comfortable and the service is excellent. The food preparation is top notch. Carbones also has Carbones Prime in Rocky Hill and Carbones Kitchen in Bloomfield. All of the restaurants are unique and equally 5 stars !
Carbones is the standard for Italian in Central Connecticut. My family is Italian, we process our own sauce from garden tomatoes, Ive been making pasta since I was two. Trust my opinion. Everything was delicious. Will return.
