This is the second time I've taken my dog in. The first time they shaved him down even when I didn't asked for it. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the first time there was some miscommunication and book another appointment. It was a different groomer than the time before so I explained to her that I just wanted "a light trim." She said that wasn't a problem and I left. 4 hours later I go to pick him up and he's completely shaved. I told them that it was not what I asked for and they apologized saying "oh well we just did what was done last time." Not what I asked for then and not what I asked for now. I am extremely pissed as my dog is double coated and shouldn't be shaved to begin with. I will not be returning to Woof Gang and I don't recommend anyone taking their dog there unless they do want them shaved down because that seems to be the only thing they know how to do.
Brought my puppy here for a grooming. They pretty much called me 30 mins after I left which leads me to think they didnt even bother TRYING to do the haircut I asked for. They basically just shaved him. Then once I get home I find a rash on my puppys neck!! Either they scratched him when they were rushing to finish his grooming or the machine was way too hot and it burned him a little. Dont take your dogs here. Literally any other place will do a better job. Never, ever coming back! Dont recommend!
Visited for the first time yesterday. Delightful little shop, carrying unique products in a charmingly unique/boutique setting. I found and purchased 2 sweet little winter coats for my small dogs. The products are quality, which is all that matters to me. The coats fit well, look great and are the nicest Ive found (even online) and the lady who helped me was lovely. I also purchased treats and a cute little pink birthday hat for my dog daughters
