DO NOT GO HERE!!An absolute disappointment!Last night, Saturday April 7th we had a VIP at this club Vanish in Hartford, CT. We were promised a FREE VIP, FREE flyer design, FREE table reservation, FREE bottle and FREE entrance for the birthday person. We came from Massachusetts with well over 10 people ready to enjoy the night and all the so called perks and amenities offered to us. As we arrive 10 minutes before 11pm, the club is completely dead, maybe about 5-10 people there. We tried to get information in regards to the supposed VIP services and no one seemed to know what was happening and nothing was even set up for us. As we waited for the promoter to get us settled we go to bar to ask for a drink. The bar was completely un-stocked! Not a single thing we ordered was available. No Johnny Walker, No Dewars, No Crown Royal. On top of that, they didnt even have Ginger Ale to mix drinks with. At this point we were very upset, disappointed, confused and irate to say the least. We furthermore ask to speak with a manager, who was no where to be found either. After much debating and arguing with the staff we decided to leave and ask for all of our money back from the entrance fee. We spent about 20 minutes in this place and it was literally a joke and a nightmare. They advertise a great facility and it is far from reality. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! It should actually be shut down! It is literally a hole in the wall, with no knowledgeable or friendly staff, and it has absolutely nothing to offer but vodka. DO NOT GO HERE! This place needs to be shut down!
