It was ok customer service wise but pizza was amazing 5 stars for that
spent 20 minutes trying to place an order by phone.. kept getting randomly put on hold while in mid sentence and everytime he came back (without so much as an apology for the wait) I had to start over... Can't say how the food is never got the opportunity to try it.. Came so highly recommended too
I ordered food for my employees this morning. I placed the order online to have it delivered. I placed the order at 11:15am the food arrived at 12:40pm, and half of the order was missing. The food was originally brought to the wrong address and the driver called stating he was outside, but it was the wrong address. Needless to say, when the food arrived half of the order was missing and the food was cold. Whoever is working on the online orders should be paying attention to detail to be sure this doesn't happen. Completely unacceptable!!!
Very poor customer service. Called because my chicken was burnt and the guy said they use fresh chicken daily when clearly I know the difference between fresh chicken cooked in fresh grease and chicken cooked in the same grease. He also said you know you guys complain and complain this is my very first and last time ever calling concerning my food very very unpleasant. I will never order from here again especially if Im spending $30 plus for food every time I would expect better service and to be satisfied.
The best shells with cheese and meat ball. Excellent pizzas the sweet potato fries are so fresh and tasty. Love this place
