Salomone & Morelli has been by far the best law firm Ive known! Most law firms work your cases and dont even give you feedback unless is something critical. Well with Salomon and Morelli I was always getting a phone call to inform me every detail of my case, even the minor ones and the wait time, I loved it!! They treat you with respect from the front desk to the lawyers, specially Charmaine, she is awesome and very humble person. I highly recommend this law firm, they really work for you and see that you get what you deserve, great team work!!
Joe Morelli took the time to hear my case out and was very compassionate and patient. I was told to collect my medical records and send the information to him. After I did that (which was not a quick and easy task after seeing so many doctors), I tried to reach Mr. Morelli and I was told he would not be taking my case. When I spoke to the manager, Angela, she could not have been more rude or unprofessional. This woman should not be in a management or customer service position nor does she have the kindness or capacity to deal with clients who are in desperate need of help not her attitude. I could not be more disappointed with the service I received at this law office nor would I reccomend them to anyone who needs competant help.
