Consumers would be wise to go with a different insurance company. There was a large assessment at my condo. Those with other insurance companies were paid but those of us with Travelers received nothing. Even if it costs a bit more do some research and find a company that actually pays claims. My Travelers adjuster even told me I should've gone with another company! Their policies are junk designed to take your money and pay nothing.
An elderly customer came into our bldg by accident looking for Travelers Insurance. I googled it and saw the address in Franklin, TN and called the number ... nothing but automated options. Couldn't get a live person. I also called the 1-877# on her bill, again just automation. No option for live customer service. She just wanted to pay her bill in person. I couldn't find out if that was possible in Nashville or where she should go.
The worst company ever to deal with!I received an email with an offer to settle the medical portion of my claim.I advised that I wasn't signing anything until I could see an itemized breakdown of what the payment covered. I was told to call the hospital and get my own breakdown. The figure offered was guess. She has no clue as to what my medical expenses actually are. After making her aware that I have the actual figures and that her number was close to half of it she will not respond to emails or my Vm messages.Pathetic...
Wow. These people don't deserve to be in business. All negative reviews must be correct. I just had to hang up the phone... Unbelievable. Brittany was very polite and Diadra should not be allowed to talk to customers.
