Beautiful flower arrangement and vase. Got these from a friend after I had my surgery. Delivery was a bit delayed but Alex made up for it. He was very pleasant and understanding. Thank you Alex.
I would never use these guys again. They were rude when I asked them why the flowers weren't delivered when they said, and as of right now I still don't have them.
Contacted about an arrangement and since I am gay refused to service. had to contact three florists to get help so for anyone in LGBT community I would suggest Paul Buettner on Burnside ave. since he went above and beyond when he heard about problem with first two.
Very helpful and extremely accommodating. I liked one arrangement picture but wanted a slight modification and they gladly did it. My daughter was not at the office when they attempted delivery. Most businesses would have charged for a second attempt or made her go to the store to pick up her flowers. It is nice knowing their business isn't after the all might dollar, but good customer service.
The flowers were fresh and the delivery time was as I expected. They were for my mother in law, she was very happy with them. It was a beautiful arrangement. They have reasonable prices, free delivery (mine was in New Britain, CT) and a very easy online ordering process. I am very satisfied with their service!!
