So far, so good! Brought my 7 year old Panasonic plasma there with a bad power supply circuit and they were able to fix it. We wanted to keep this older TV (despite it's age) due to the features it had. Have had the TV back for a few days now but it has worked perfectly since the repair. They are busy so when I dropped it off, they stated up front that it could take a few weeks but for me, that is OK. Being busy is a good sign! Recommend.
