Summary: Dont visit this placeDisclaimer: my experiences aren't reflective of everyone elses. I visited this place few weeks ago due to their relatively open schedule compared to my original dental provider's. The guest service is great at the front desk, but I had a dentist who was unprofessional and relatively poor at her job. She was very much detached, and even ended up giving me the incorrect filling because she didn't read my paperwork. She made an assumption, which was incorrect. I like to learn, so usually I ask a few questions here and there, with her however, I got the impression I shouldnt ask, the replies were simply repugnant. What made this much worse was the fact that she lied to my face about the number of cavities I had. She told me I had ten cavities - which is impossible, especially since I previously had 3 minor ones a week or two before. How did I get 7 cavities in the space of two weeks?! To make this worse she actually gave me a filling in an area with no cavity! Dont. Visit.
This bald head man Mike Just illtreated my daughter imagine i brought my kids ere from 9am... Now its 11:30am my 10 yr old is hungry so i brought her next door to get a snack.... Remind u.. Its cold outside, now he's shouting at her and telling her to go outside n eat her snack, now as a mom i find that very unpleasant as a dental facility for kids... Why they dont carecater enough for our children... Im very unsatisfied about their services Here at kool smiles dentistry for kids... And im ver unhappy as i will remove all my 3 children...
I love the service here. Ive been coming here for quite some time now and I really enjoy the staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring!! The process is so quick and easy to get through and everything is well ORGANIZED. I totally recommend.
This dental experience has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. They were very prompt as well as thorough while simultaneously maintaining a positive atmosphere. Destiny the receptionist had a very nice and bubbly attitude that made our visit a lot better.
My children had the greatest experience here at Kool smile then any other dental place. Destiny guided me with much respect with all the paper work I had to fill out. Everybody here welcomes you with a smile definitely recommend to other parents.
