If I could give no stars at all I would. If you want your car kicked & smacked to get ice off than come here! So I had ice still on the bottom of my car after it went through the machine so I came back around & told the guys who I tipped $5 on top of the $7 I paid for the service & they said "water isn't going to get it off" & proceeded to kicking the bottom of my car & smacking ice off my mirror instead of letting me pass a 2nd time through the machine wash OR atleast using the pressure from the water hose to remove the ice on the bottom. Also he than dried my mirrors with what I'm assuming is a dirty cloth because my mirror is all scratched & smeared I had to go home & rewash my car. Huge dissapointment & waste of time its not my 1st time going to a car wash & still having ice underneath but they usually remove it with water pressure & than have me pass a 2nd time through the machine to ensure all the salt is off. 1st & last time coming here I only came because its closer to home. Also my car wasn't even fully dry & the water froze all over the windows.
