Terrible! I opted out of all the extra coverages and was told I wouldn't receive them and am now being charged almost $200 for something I didn't want! Called customer service and they were no help. I rent cars often with my line of work but will never use Budget again
Quick pickup at the airport....then took just minutes signing the paperwork, and we were on our way. Very efficient!
Fast break is awesome!! car is waiting. Just jump in and go. No annoying sales pitch for insurance and other things. Second time renting from this location. Definitely recommend this location
I can't praise the staff enough. The counter gentleman walked out to the lot & gave me the best he had to offer. Extremely nice of him to do that even if I didn't love the car. Then there was the shuttle driver, Joel. Superior customer service. He told me about the airport, the time to get there, where to fill my tank. He offered many helpful comments & was there on duty when I left from my visit. It doesn't get much better.
I always use budget best prices best deals, coupon and discount codes on lineI just flew from Orlando to Hartford ct and was picked up in a shuttle bus to budget. And what a good time I had. The driver Courtney Williams was very pleasant and ensured where were going even checking for our fast break number for easy car pick up access. He made the travelers on the shuttle laugh and even kept being social with all of us. He was charismatic and helpful and put customers at ease. We enjoyed our CT trip and was ready to return our rental and look who we have here upon our return to check the car in was no other than good ole COURTNEY WILLIAMS!!! How about that hes the shuttle driver and the check in guy? What else does this great guy do?We greeted each other as if we were old friends. Having him is a asset. Chatted with me and my husband and once again had something funny to say. Outside of the car being cheap a great baby shower and a trip to secret market in Springfield , Courtney made the trip memoriable. Give him a raise! Ill be back budget!!!
