Wonderful Judaica store in West Hartford.
Very poor experience. I was sold unkosher tefillin and was not allowed to review the text of my kesuvah before it was printed. It, also, ended up being incorrect and was denied a refund. I was told that if refunds were given when people were unhappy with their kesuvos then they'd, "be giving refunds to everyone." I guess that is what I'd expect, given how they dealt with me.
It has really nice items and the people that work there are really nice.
The Judaica Store is a one-stop shopping experience for everything Jewish - books, gifts religious items. The price is always good, the staff is always courteous and helpful; and if what you want is not in stock, they can get it for you within a day or two. This store is a great community resource.
