Customerservice is super slow I always on the line for more than 45 min
When I walked into the bank, I was not greeted and there were no customers in line. There were two bank tellers socializing about a mutual friends relationship (I shouldn't know this).I needed to speak to a banking specialist about a fraudulent charge on my account, so I took a seat and waited in one of the lobby chairs. I believe I waited for about an hour while I listened to the two bank tellers talk about personal matters, laugh at customers and never acknowledge my presence. After an hour I was assisted. Terrible customer service, will visit another bank.
These guys are so helpful. The lines are short, the tellers are fast, accurate and friendly.
